The safety of our team members is our driving value. All other business objects submit to safety. The success of our industry-leading Safety Program relies on extensive employee training via our HIS learning platform, real-time collaboration by our craft workers in our Safety Advisory Council, and continuous improvements in all phases like making our safety documents available in Spanish. Our current Experience Modification Rating (EMR) is 0.69 – one of the best safety numbers in the area for our class of work.
