To maintain a safe work environment, Ward-Henshaw takes part in the Construction Industry Drug Free Workplace Program (CIDFW). This zero-tolerance program was developed with the help of the AGC (Associated General Contractors), the MCA (Mason Contractors Association of America) and the GCCA (General & Concrete Contractors Association). It encompasses random, pre-employment, and post-accident testing for drugs and alcohol. We test all of our employees – office, field and subcontractor personnel - randomly twice a year. A “clean card” is required before returning to work in any capacity.
