Cascade Well No. 5 Pump Station

Ward-Henshaw was awarded this CM/GC project as a change order to the 141st avenue reservoir retrofit and pump station project. The Owner requested that we separate this into its own contract. The project involved construction of a new 500SF CMU control building and well pumping facility, with extensive site improvements and 20-inch ductile iron piping connecting the well to the district’s storage reservoir facilities. Associated interior discharge piping and control valves were included along with extensive electrical and instrumentation for the new 900HP vertical turbine pump and motor as well as a new standby diesel generation system.
