Grants Pass Reservoir No. 3 Replacement

The City of Grants Pass’ 3.5 MG Reservoir No. 3 was constructed in the 1940’s. During work in 2009, the concrete standard reinforced hopper-bottom style reservoir was found to need critical repairs or replacement. Ward-Henshaw constructed a 5.0MG AWWA D110 Type 1 replacement reservoir that meets seismic standards and provides additional storage to meet the current needs. The project also included site piping, flow meter valve vaults, drainage and overflow facilities and a fully buried reservoir adjacent to the neighborhood with liner.
